The crisis in the Middle East has hit the PRC harder than the news is letting on.
No fuel. Petrol stations are closing.
Petrol is now so scarce that it’s come to this: mopeds are being charged from ordinary sockets in the street.
Where there’s still petrol left, they pour it straight into the cylinders.
