On 31 March there was a whole saga issuing tickets for Qcredits.
One day, when the mood takes me, I’ll write it up.
Three tickets were issued:
PVG - DOH - MAN SOF - DOH - PKX PVG - DOH - BCN
PVG - DOH - MAN was for May, booked in Q with an upgrade to U for Qcredits.
Three hours after ticketing, a notification arrived that the schedule had changed, which opened the door to all manner of mischief.
On 3 April they emailed to say the ticket had been cancelled.
Today I rolled up my sleeves. Surprisingly, it was all sorted quickly and smoothly.
They apologised that they couldn’t keep the U.
They swapped the U for an R.
The Platinum gentry get served:
Economy Classic (Q) β 36 / 11,357 Business Classic (R) β 65 / 17,035
The casual commoners get stuffed with:
Economy Classic (Q) β 36 / 3,786 Business Classic (R) β 65 / 9,464
Upstairs, Downstairs, only in Qpoints and Avios.
