# Intellectual Security

A lot of interesting things have piled up to tell you about.

But one story won't make sense without the build-up from another.

I'd love to embroider the whole canvas in one go, like grandad's old Singer.

But the needle is stuck somewhere in Accor's support department, which still hasn't managed to answer a request from 3 August.

Even Hyatt has already sorted out its problem with crediting the UrCove nights.

Accor is dawdling over all my memories of Japan, which were meant to become your lucky charms.
